Gochujang Chicken Wings

Gochujang chicken wings, furikake rice, and bok choy slaw. Wine: Anne de K Gewurztraminer Alsace 2016.

These are Korean-style barbeque wings I made in the air fryer. They were really delicious. The wine paired nicely and is far from what I am accustomed to—it is the first Gewurztraminer I’ve tried.
