Bike Ride

This morning I did a bike ride around Watopia, the virtual land created by Zwift. That's me in the orange top. The one being overtaken by everybody else :-))))

I've been missing spin classes but I'm not ready to go back to the gym just yet. Being in a small room with several others breathing heavily on spin bikes isn't an appealing thought. 

#1 son decided to set me up a Zwift account and let me have a go on his training set up. I can do as many virtual rides as I choose. I liked it but have a long way to go before I'll be the one doing the overtaking!! :-)))
