A Hebden Bridge Mystery ......

This recently appeared in the space where the Lloyds Bank cash dispenser was located.  Lloyds closed the bank and took the (well patronised) dispenser with them.
I've no idea what it's about.
The wording is 'Rest in Peace' and some people think it is in memory of the Cash Dispenser, and the demise of cash transactions in general during Covid.
There is a tin on the lower shelf which has a label 'Please Look Inside' on the lid.  Inside are a few small sheets of paper and a pencil - I think maybe you can write the name of somebody you wish to remember......but I don't know what you do with the 'memory'.
