Fruit Treats

To build stamina I am doing some interval training, brisk walk and very slow jog. Only about a mile away I came across a little Sri Lankan shop, hence the treats.
A bag of almonds to crisp by roasting. A custard apple delicious with a squeeze of lime. A pomegranate for my lamb dish. Fresh ginger to slice wafer thin for a stir fry.
Slight challenge on the jog home with shopping!
