Royal Fail

As you may recall I was selling a Samsung watch just the other day. Good news was it sold within a day and the buyer was super keen to get it delivered ASAP.

Selected Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery for a Saturday. Turns out not only did they just hear next day (working day) they even failed at that. Posted Friday lunchtime but delivered Tuesday lunchtime.

So onto the refund claims process today to try and get my money back for a failed delivery. Will see how I get on with it.
