What a surprise this morning. After a rather rainy day yesterday I was greeted this morning by this bloom, nearly as big as my hand.
Like the little guy in Lord of the Ring I was sitting in front of it whispering “precious....”
It is fabulous that it blooms here. It did not grow very high, did not climb up the fence where it was positioned on purpose, but it blooms!
