The orchid survives...

... so far anyway.
By the time I went to bed last night. conjunctivitis had flared up again in my left eye. Is it the third or fourth time since I was in Bristol. I put ointment in at night but it was very sore this morning. A couple of co-codamol eased it but I didn’t fancy going anywhere with one bright red eye.
So since the orchid has survived so far I took a pic in case it turns up its toes prematurely! 
And I have been doing the standing hip exercises hourly. I wonder how long that will last...
