Saturday

This morning I actually remembered before it was too late , to get to the chemist for my meds. Then the supermarket. I haven't been on a Saturday for so long and got a shock how busy it was. Was so aware of the noise volume and my anxiety was higher. Thank goodness I had  a list, so it was in and out. 

After lunch I took a wander along Portobello Prom; such a long time since I have done that. It was busy so it wasn't really that pleasant but it was nice to see the water. 
Caught the sun in the wheel as I past. 

 Along to see the boys with Mum and had some dinner with them .
