Green Eggs without Ham

We had duck eggs for breakfast this morning. We didn't have this one.

According to Ms Google the white of an egg can be green due to riboflavin (vitamin B2) and is most frequently observed in fresh, high-quality eggs or, if iridescent, because of pseudomonas bacteria, and should not e eaten. We took the safe option. Now there is a crow out there, either very energetic because of a vitamin B2 boost or suffering from pseudomonas infection.

We went to N&A for a braai and very nice it was.

Dr Seuss' Green Eggs & Ham.
