Shinies

I am nursing a bit of a sore head today after the annual prize-giving evening of the Swimming Club. Never underestimate the power of a few trophies to improve the self confidence and sense of achievement of youngsters. It was great to see some of the new kids getting awards for the first time - and our lads came away with a few too.
