Hold Your Plumbs

Plumbs in today to give advice on recovering the couch and some new curtains.
I leave Helen to deal with this sort of thing but luckily I walked in just as he had worked out a price.When he announced it Helen looked shocked and I told him I could buy a new Ercol three piece suite for less than that.Then he pulled the worst salesman tactic of back peddling on the price and brought it down considerably.This just tells me he was prepared to rip me off if he could.He left very soon after.
