Life is a Carousel?

I'm a bit confused. I don't know if I have put this picture up before, though I guess I probably have, since I have earmarked it as the cover of my next book of stories. I am still struggling for a title, but it will come. My favourite gadget refused to work today and I wondered it was telling me something.
