Salmon Croquettes

Salmon croquettes with radish sprouts, green beans, and risotto made with corn broth. Wine: Rusack Boundless Rosé 2019.

This was a really delicious dinner. Also, not pictured, was a favorite dessert (far breton)
that I haven’t made in a while.
