Strength in words

There is a private parking lot in our neighborhood that is closed off on one end by one gigantic wall.  On this wall there is a no parking sign that warns people that violators will be towed.

The word violators really jumped out at me. It was just a word but the fact that it was posted on this imposing wall somehow made it feel more threatening.
