Mars Bar Plopsie Flake Cakes

*officially should be Mars Bar Crispie Cakes but we ran out of Rice Crispies. So we had to use Plopsie Flakes instead. Plopsie Flakes are basically Rice Crispies mixed with Corn Flakes, as we tend to pre mix our cereals for fun, and the idea of a Plopsie Flake separation operation didn't go down with great enthusiasm.
