Another week begins.

Youngest is off away for a holiday in North Yorkshire. Hope she has a great time!

Aqua fit, body balance & spinning today! Doing as much as I can at the gym whilst I am able, before the commute returns. This is mainly to offset the 'working from home' blues & monotony!
