My little boy has suddenly turned into a man, ... well, not that suddenly, as he's a good 6' tall. So now he can legally buy me a drink in a pub, and I intend to exploit that option as soon as possible!

We drove over to Penrith to give him a few presents and see him this morning - I know he had a few friends round in the evening, but that went pretty well too.

We had a cake specially made for him (see extra), which I thought was totally amazing.
