Monsoon season begins

It's my birthday week. You might think that having a late August birthday I always enjoy sunny warm days of celebration.

Rarely so.

As is more typical, Glasgow monsoon season has begun.

No need to worry about watering the plants. These helenium are surviving well. It you look close you'll see another happy visitor, slugs are rejoicing in all this dampness.
