Parking Place Pizza

Restaurants in Barcelona have been encouraged (for a fee) to take over parking spaces to provide outdoor dining areas. A great idea but slightly weird. Here we are trying it out around the block (very) and it worked well, once a few glasses of vino rosado had been consumed!
