Family Celebration

Daniel signed a contract on a his new home this week so we all went out to celebrate with him. This is his second house! He has 4 lodgers in his first house, which covers the mortgage there, so he has been living in an apartment. However, with interest rates as low as they are, it made more financial sense to buy a house rather than continuing to pay out rent.
