The church is dedicated to St Thomas the Apostle.
This is the old church and was built between 1256 and 1260.

I have a number of relatives interred here (and in two other cemeteries very close by) and spent the day wandering around these two cemeteries (new and old) as well as visiting the St James (Hebden Bridge) graveyard and also Cross Lanes on The Buttress.  
Cross Lanes is in the extras.  
The weather was glorious.
