Bramble Jelly Time.

Over the last few weeks we have been picking little pots of Blackberries and freezing them. By today we had enough to make this years batch of Bramble Jelly. The first stage is to cook the fruit, which smelt delicious, then overnight the juice will drain, ready to  make the jelly tomorrow.
