A new favourite on the hospital tea/ coffee trolly

Tea cake Genoa cake tea/ coffee trolley hospital ever since I was admitted to hospital with a stroke 3 weeks ago I’ve been addicted to tea cakes and was so disappointed when they were no available on the coffee / tea trolley at Edinburgh Royal university hospital where I was transferred to for carotenoid artery surgery. I have since discovered Genoa gluten free fruit cake on the trolleys which has become my new favourite
