Longest walk of 2020 to date

This morning we did the Mill Pond walk near Killin. Four hours and 25,000 steps later we went to a friends house for lunch. A walk after lunch sounded good but had not anticipated another nine thousand steps! Brodie bounded along but my leg muscles are definitely aching tonight .
