Champ in reflektion

My office windows is in the reflektion of the original framed photo, containing me (to the left) and a former world champ in boxing (how many are they?). I was trying fitness boxing on a "health day" arranged by my office.

I could hardly walk in 3 weeks after that, so much for the health. But I got a picture of me and him.

I wanted him to write on it, that he was sorry for driving us too hard. He refused to apologise, and wrote "keep up the good fighting spirit".

Anyway, thats the picture I blipped the picture of today. Makes my reflektion of health always present.
