Windy Day

It was windy all day. Usually our winds come from the west over Copper Island with a ferociousness you can see coming from
half way across the lake and enables you to batten down the hatches. The wind storms normally last 1 hour and knock out power for 8. Yesterday we had sunny skies and a strong wind all day long and no power loss. It was great for sailing but there was a cruel nip to the air. It made for some dramatic photography though and to be the lake looks like the ocean. All is calm this morning.
