Hopetoun Monument

Took a cycle run to Cottyburn with Molly this afternoon. We then walked along the railway walk to Haddington and then cycled back home. A good two hours of cycling and walking.
I liked the way the monument was framed by the tree branches. Unfortunately, I only had my phone with me so it’s a bit small in the distance.
The monument was erected in 1824 in memory of John Hope the 4th Earl of Hopetoun.
