Do you recognise this pest?

Got home to to find this mound of black specs between the kitchen sink and the wall. They look like poppy seeds. We wiped them up once but they’ve already started to come back. Does anyone know what they are? Some kind of pest or parasite droppings, eggs I can only assume? There is nothing above them so they aren’t falling from the ceiling. Seems to be coming out of the crack between the wall and the sideboard. They don’t move (other than appearing).
