Lovely End to Time at the Beach

Today was our daughter's birthday and it was lovely spending this last day at the beach with our daughter and her daughter and her boyfriend (they were yesterday's Blip). We sat around at our house cracking crab for them to take home after I used some of it to make yummy English Muffin Crab & cheese sandwiches. 

We sat on the deck at the beachfront house and watched the sun set.....beautiful evening but it soon turned windy so we moved inside and eventually came back here to our house. I have to admit the time these last few days was better than I even imagined it could be....sometimes the best is the unexpected changes to the plans set out in the beginning. Life is good.
