Gratitude Project Day 245.
Today I am grateful that the sourdough pita bread I baked yesterday worked perfectly when I split it open and filled it with salad t lunchtime! I had my doubts in the making process.
The guineafowl posed on the fence this evening, wanting a little more food, I’m guessing.
