Craning to see

More construction going on; this time a new hotel. They’ve built two lift shafts so far; judging by those, it’s going to be a big one.

A trip into the shopping centre.  No-one seems to take any notice of the one way system and it was amazing how many people just had masks covering their mouth and not their nose.  W got a bargain; a pair of NYDJ jeans that seemed to be the only pair marked down, from £149 to £41, and when she got to the till they charged her £27!  I got a pair of Skechers shoes which are exactly the same as a pair I’ve already got but which I’ve worn out because they are so comfortable.
