Upsidedown

Sometimes it seems that life is upside down. You feel disorientated, lost, not sure of what to do next.
It's at times like that, that the support of a friend is important.
In Celtic tradition, there is a person called an anam cara... Literally a soul friend. Someone who is there for you 24/7...someone who doesn't judge you. But at the same time someone who you allow to speak into your life.. However hard it might be to hear those words.
A soul friend is a god send.
Seek one... and be one.
