The windmill school

The primary school near to my parents house.
A replacement for the previous one that a roofer, set fire to, on a very windy day.

The ecofriendly building, recyling and green power, is all well and good, but when the windmill stopped working over a year ago and hasn't been fixed due to cost, it seems it may have been just for show?
Am I a sceptic? Oh yes.
