1st Tractor for The King

Saw my daughter and grandson Arthur today. He's at that magical age where you can see quite dramatic development between the generally weekly visits. Getting more confident walking and so excited with everything, plus can feel our bonding getting all the stronger. He particularly likes the 2 steps connecting our kitchen to the lounge at a lower level. 

The 50p tractor from Barnados was a big hit and very pleased to be tidier and better organised with my CD overflow in their new racks (£4 a brace), sighted nicely out of main view.

The villager donated clothes were the perfect size and as a bonus good quality too.

Had a telephone consulation for my persistent cycling shoulder injury yesterday with a new GP yesterday who was impressive. Physio telephone apppintment arranged for Monday morning, followed by a physical examination in the afternoon if deemed necessary (which I would think I would need). She was keen that I took some pain releif and certainly feel more comfortable today, presumably from the Tramadol.

Enjoyed listening to the screeching of a barn owl opposite our house this evening for the first time in a while. All in all a highly enjoyable day.
