Belated Birthday

Spending nearly a year apart means lots of excuses for catching up on celebrations!! Today Bláithín treated me to a really lovely dinner for my birthday. And tomorrow we’ve planned a birthday dinner for Rubin...but above all, we’re celebrating being back in the same country :-) I have missed this girl!! Bláithín’s from West Belfast, I’m from East - in days gone by it would have been a lot harder for us to meet. But I couldn’t imagine a more loyal or thoughtful friend than the one she’s been to me. Makes me thankful for the peace we have in this country today - an answer to many years of prayer.
