Those summer nights

Don't ask me why, but we've hardly BBQ'd this summer. Last summer, we were almost cooking breakfast and lunch as well as dinner on there.
But tonight, just a couple of days away from the long Labour Day weekend, and the heatwave we've been promised, it just seemed so right!
Sipping a cheeky G&T while I watched the meat sizzle and frizzle and char along with the asparagus just the right amount around the edges,...well, relaxing isn't a good enough word.

Ah well..
