Flush

Following on from the church benchmark the other day, here’s an Ordnance Survey flush bracket, another type of benchmark used by surveying types. This one’s on the wall of the library pictured on Tuesday; passed again on this lunchtime’s walk.

In other news, the Chuckle Brothers returned this morning with a couple of plumbers and sorted out the damaged pipe, so we finally have our hot water and heating working again. Now all we have to do is get the money back that we paid for the investigations that led to the cause of the problem being identified...
