Bin cleaners

My sister Kate came over today and so collected me after taking my car to the dealers. I'm fed up of the passenger window not closing: it keeps going up and Down. When I collected it they basically said there was no problem. I'm going to try it daily from now on!
We bought our lunch and brought it home then went for a lovely walk across the fields in the sunshine. It was very muddy in places.
Just as I arrived home this van stopped over the road. Several houses on the estate have their bins cleaned after being emptied!!!!! I've been here 5 and a half years with 5 and a half years of dirt etc in mine!!!! I would understand if you took them indoors.
