Supper.

Picodon, garlic, pain au levain and vin rouge. One of the great flavour combinations of my life. I have lived my life with one foot in Scotland and one foot in the Drome in France. The wine is from the nearest domaine to my home in the Drome. It's an organic (bio) vineyard in La Roche St Secret. They also do organic apricots which make wonderful jam.
