Got a letter suggesting I “add a layer of security” to a credit card...downloaded the app it told me I’d need, tried to scan the QR code, again and again and again. Gave up and called the number on the letter “if you have problems”. Waited on hold. Explained the issue, was told to call my bank ... Called bank. Waited on hold. Explained the issue, was told I needed another department....Waited on hold. Explained the issue...
