Firethorn

The blackbirds love it.  Shot high above me spread over a neighbour's fence.  Couldn't make it any more romantic than this, and focusing was difficult enough.

Followed the Tour de France this afternoon, colouring all the while.  Some housework completed the day.  My energy levels have risen somewhat from the rock-bottom level they were at, but I'll need to give them a kick-start again.  The weather is somewhat improving.  That said, there won't be many days left for day trips across the border.  The days are getting shorter and the rainy days are increasing in number.  This will most likely be the last month for the long trips.  Windmill-hunting will continue, of course, if the weather is generous.  Big 'IF' there.
