Little owl

We had a walk this morning, around the RSPB St Aidans Reserve.

It was only as we were leaving that we noticed a few people looking in the direction of the old mining machinery. It turned out they were looking at this little owl. Safely protected by high fencing, the owl was happily sitting there, people watching.

This is quite a contrast of subject from my blip yesterday - not a mask in sight.
