Sunflower

Storm Francis bent the stem of this defiant sunflower about two foot from the top but it has turned to face the sky and is now fully open.
After a rare lie-in I have didn't most of the day weaving an edging on the stakes holding the brush hedge (pics tomorrow maybe!). So tired when I finished that I treated myself to tea from the chippy.
Think my hands will be achy from the weaving tomorrow!!
