A Bridge Not Very Far

The 'Anglers' Bridge', about a mile upriver from town, just off the riverside path.  It's got iron railings, concrete steps, and concrete slabs for a footway.  The steps are a bit treacherous now but it's still well used.  Supposedly built to allow the anglers to get across and go further up the riverside.
One layer bridge, one layer wind on water, one layer concrete slab.
