Diamond Award

So this morning I received my Diamond Award in celebration of being a target member of Slimming World for the past year.

It hasn't been easy, especially in the last few months when 'normal' life has been turned on it's head, my weight often swings one way or the other but I somehow have managed to stay within my target range.

Here's to the next year, fingers crossed!
