"Remember honesty is always the best policy"

What a beautiful day today has been! Warm sunshine and a cool breeze all day long.

After a lovely long lie followed by the usual Sunday phone catch-up with bestie Gill, I headed out for a long walk via Boquhan, where I passed this wooden box at the end of someone's drive.

The notice on the inside invites people to choose their eggs (duck and/or hen) - 30p each - place them in an egg-box and pop the money into the honesty box. The bottom line says "Remember honesty is always the best policy."
