Oh Dear!

Laptop had failed to boot up, so I follower the advice from googling error messages and Youtube videos.  Elation when the screen came alive with this; but it was soon utter despair as things did not improve.  It looks like a journey to the professionals on Monday; just hope I haven't made a total mess of it.
