Emily has had an eventful day. On the eternal quest to find rodents she scaled the inner fence and got stuck between the garage and the outer fence in the conifer hedge. I was hacking my way through to rescue her when I saw she was about 4 foot off the ground. It’s not the first time she’s climbed trees. I was able to free her from outside the garden which means she has a potential escape route.

As a quick fix I have blocked access to the far end of the garden with the puppy fence. The dogs are none too pleased about this.
