Staithes Café

Sneaky coffee & cake (white choc and raspberry muffin) on the way back from picking up daughter from the hairdresser's. She's getting ready for her return to Uni next week.

Other daughter was working hard on a job application before going off to her fill-in hospitality job. Everything is crossed for her. This is a tough climate for our young people & graduates!

In this photo, you can see the wooden Staithes peeping through. The tide was out so we watched a curlew busy pecking at the river bed.
