Pancake Face

Happy Pancake Day! With a day off today I have spent lunchtime productively and made pancakes. This is Pancake Face - original name I know - who was devoured quite quickly after this, although I didn't eat the lemon nose. I was going to have all healthy pancakes with just fruit and cream until an idea sparked in my mind which was so pure and true that I was helpless to do anything but try it. So I made a pancake and then cut up and melted a creme egg, gooey delicious middle and all, on top of the pancake in the frying pan. It was amazing.
